Shipping Policy
At MAMMATTY, we offer worldwide shipping for all our products. We ensure that your order is shipped within 3-5 business days and delivered to you within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. We keep you updated with the shipping status of your order via email. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of the product. Please note that any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes the product you receive may not be what you expected. That's why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund/exchange within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees for returns/exchanges will be borne by the customer.
